Douglas comes from a background of an entrepreneurial family who's been dedicated to different businesses where customer service and customer experience have been the key for success. He is currently ending his college degree in law at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and finding his passion for justice and people's rights.

During his spare time he enjoys cooking and baking for his friends and family and taking care of his pets.
